推廣並整合亞洲地區在實驗室晶片（LOC)與微全分析系統（MicroTAS)上之研究能量，促進區域相關技術之交流與合作，並提升亞洲地區學者參與MicroTAS國際會議與Lab On a Chip期刊之相關之組織與技術審查等學術性工作。可以近距離的與這些亞洲地區的領袖級研究團隊近距離並且充分的交流與研討，對促進各實驗室之間的了解與合作有重大之幫助。
